Todara Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Todara is designed as an offline, private to-do app. This policy explains what Todara stores and what information may be processed by services required to display advertising.

Data stored by Todara

Tasks, notes, preferences, focus history, reminders, and attached documents are stored locally on your device. Todara does not require an account and does not send this information to a Todara server.

Notifications

If you enable a task reminder, Todara requests notification permission and schedules the reminder locally on your device. You can change notification permission in your device settings.

Advertising and consent

Todara displays one small banner advertisement on the main task screen. It does not show interstitial, rewarded, app-open, or other full-screen advertisements.

Todara uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location information to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising.

Where required, Todara uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent choices before requesting an advertisement. You can review or change available advertising privacy choices in Todara under Preferences → Advertising privacy.

Backups and sharing

You can explicitly export a JSON backup through your device's share sheet. You choose where that file is saved or sent. Attached documents are embedded in the backup and may make it large. Scheduled reminders are not included. Todara does not upload backups automatically.

Other third parties

Todara does not include an app-operated analytics service, accounts, payments, or cloud synchronization. The operating system may process information according to its own policies.

Your choices

You can delete tasks and documents inside Todara, disable notifications in device settings, change advertising consent where the consent form provides that option, or stop using the app. Locally stored data can be removed by deleting the app or using the app's data-management features.
